  • • Message content is encrypted end-to-end by WhatsApp
  • • We store transaction metadata (not full message content) for business analytics
  • • You can disconnect the integration at any time from your settings

Your WhatsApp and Facebook account information is used solely for authentication and integration purposes. We do not post to your Facebook account or access data beyond what's necessary for WhatsApp Business functionality.
